The flagship of the Rollan de By-Jean Guyon Estates, Château Haut Condissas is a gift from heaven to the earth. "It is the haute couture of wine," as Jean Guyon likes to say, who runs the estate with love, passion, precision and rigour. It all began in 1995 on 3 hectares of a vineyard in Bégadan, a village in the Médoc. Now representing 15 ha of parcels carefully selected over time for their specific characteristics and exposure, and thanks to meticulous vineyard work, this estate with its magnificent terroir — a garden, some say — produces a wine of extraordinary quality.
