The sparkling Night Orient Classic is a multi-faceted alcohol-free sparkling drink based on dealcoholized wine. On the nose, it reveals aromas of fresh fruits and citrus with a small note of apricot. On the palate, it is both dry and lightly fruity. Its composition is derived from varietal wines from the La Mancha region of Spain: the Airén. It is ideally enjoyed on its own as an alcohol-free aperitif but pairs beautifully with foie gras and desserts.
